Crispy Dilis / Crispy Alamang



CRISPY DILIS

Ingredients:
Fresh Dilis, ½ kilo, head removed
Onion, 1 medium, finely chopped
Ground pepper
Salt
6-8 tbsp all purpose flour
3-4 tbsp vinegar

Instructions:
1.       Wash the dilis and season with salt.
2.       In a bowl, combine dilis with ground pepper, onion, and flour. Mix well while pouring the vinegar.
3.       Fry the coated dilis until golden brown and crispy.
