Hotdog and Lucheon Meat in Tomato Sauce




BASE TOMATO SAUCE RECIPE

Ingredients:
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, minced
Tomato paste
Knorr beef cube
3-4 tbsp brown sugar
4-5 cups of water
Salt and pepper

Instructions:
1.       To make beef broth: Put 4 cups of water in a pan, add onion, garlic and beef cube. Bring to a boil. Add salt and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Set aside.
2.       Saute onion and garlic. Add tomato sauce (or paste) and beef broth. Stir and add sugar (3 tbsp). Bring to a boil. Lower the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
3.       Taste the sauce and add salt and pepper if needed. 


WITH HOTDOG AND LUNCHEON MEAT


1.       Fry luncheon meat (or beef loaf) and hotdog. Cut into small pieces.
2.       In a bowl, combine the luncheon meat, hotdog and the base tomato sauce.
3.       Serve with rice or spaghetti noodles.
