Buttered Chicken with Oyster Sauce

Buttered Chicken with Oyster Sauce (Rey’s version)

Ingredients:

Garlic, chopped
Onion, chopped
1 stalk of spring onion or lemon grass
1 small carrot, cut into half
½ tbsp. peppercorns
3 tbsp butter
