Chicken Sinigang

INGREDIENTS

½ kg chicken breasts fillet, cut into 2 pieces
4 cups water
1 piece onion, sliced
2 pieces tomatoes, sliced
3 pieces fresh gabi, sliced
1 piece radish, sliced
1 bundle okra, sliced
½ cup sitaw cut into 2 inch pieces
3 pieces sili
1 25g MAGGI MAGIC Sinigang
1 bundle kangkong, cut into pieces

PROCEDURE

  1. Tenderize chicken in water with onions and tomatoes for 15 minutes. Add gabi and continue cooking for another 10 minutes.
  2. Add radish, okra, eggplant and sitaw giving at least 2 minutes interval before each addition.
  3. Simmer for 3 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Add sili.
  4. Stir in MAGGI MAGIC Sinigang. Bring to a boil then add kangkong.
