Chicken Sinigang
INGREDIENTS
½ kg chicken breasts fillet, cut into 2 pieces4 cups water
1 piece onion, sliced
2 pieces tomatoes, sliced
3 pieces fresh gabi, sliced
1 piece radish, sliced
1 bundle okra, sliced
½ cup sitaw cut into 2 inch pieces
3 pieces sili
1 25g MAGGI MAGIC Sinigang
1 bundle kangkong, cut into pieces
PROCEDURE
- Tenderize chicken in water with onions and tomatoes for 15 minutes. Add gabi and continue cooking for another 10 minutes.
- Add radish, okra, eggplant and sitaw giving at least 2 minutes interval before each addition.
- Simmer for 3 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Add sili.
- Stir in MAGGI MAGIC Sinigang. Bring to a boil then add kangkong.
